Delete your Nudge account

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile, including your name and photo.
• Your phone number.
• All family memberships and friend connections.
• All Nudge history.
• Push and device records.

Nudge never stores your location, so there is none to delete.

What is retained

Deletion completes within 24 to 48 hours of a confirmed request. The only records kept beyond that are the ones law or fraud prevention require. We hold those briefly, then remove them.

Why we can't delete an account for you

For security, we cannot delete an account on your behalf. You sign in to confirm the request yourself. This protects your account from someone else deleting it.

Sign in uses your phone number and a one time PIN, the same as the app.

Delete from the app instead

Same result, immediate.

1. Open Nudge.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm.
