Delete your Nudge account

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile, including your name.
• All family memberships and friend connections. If you manage a family, deleting your account deletes the family and the accounts of any children under 13 in it. Everyone 13 or over keeps their account.
• All Nudge history.
• Push and device records.

Any location Nudge holds at that moment, a live view, a point you sent, or the latest point from an Always On phone, is cleared with the account.

What is retained

Deletion happens the moment you confirm. A scrambled form of your phone number is kept so the number can register again. Nothing else.

Why we can't delete an account for you

For security, we cannot delete an account on your behalf. You sign in to confirm the request yourself. This protects your account from someone else deleting it.

Sign in uses your phone number and a one time PIN, the same as the app.

Delete from the app instead

Same result.

1. Open Nudge.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm.
